How does billing work?
You pay a fixed monthly subscription for your plan. It unlocks that plan's channels, features and limits, and includes a monthly pool of credits. No per-seat fees, invite your whole team for free.
What do credits pay for?
Each channel has its own credit bucket. SMS and voice cost a few credits each depending on the destination country; email is 1 credit per send; AI responses — CRM auto-reply, the WhatsApp AI agent and inbox AI assist — cost a fixed number of AI credits each. Your plan includes a monthly email allotment and you top up the other buckets any time.
How are WhatsApp and social messages billed?
WhatsApp and Instagram/Facebook DMs run on your own Meta account, so Meta charges those conversations directly to your card. SpeedIQ never deducts credits for them, they're covered by your base subscription.
Which currency will I be billed in?
Subscriptions are billed in INR (₹). The USD figure is shown for reference and your card handles any conversion. The page picks your region automatically, switch the toggle to compare.
What happens if I run out of credits?
SMS, voice, email and AI sends pause until you top up or your plan renews and refills your allotment. WhatsApp and social keep working since Meta bills those directly. Enable auto-top-up to avoid any interruption.
