Admin panel
The admin panel is for platform operators, not end users. It controls plans, credit economics, and oversight across every workspace on the platform.
Platform admins only
Access is limited to platform admins (emails listed in the
PLATFORM_ADMIN_EMAILS environment setting, auto-promoted on sign-in). Everyone else is redirected to their dashboard.What admins manage

| Overview | Platform-wide billing health, subscriptions, outstanding credits, 30-day usage. |
| Plans | Subscription tiers: monthly credits, INR/USD monthly and yearly pricing, active status. |
| Credit weights | How many credits each send costs, per channel and message type. |
| Credit packs | One-time top-up bundles (credits + price). |
| Settings | Trial length/credits, currency & discounts, GST, provider routing, refund policy, and a billing kill switch. |
| Users | View users and grant or revoke platform-admin. |
| Transactions | The credit ledger; issue refunds and manual adjustments. |
| Projects | Every workspace, assign plans, view balances, drill into transactions. |
| Audit log | A record of admin actions (who did what to which target). |
