Forms
Forms are the no-code way to capture leads. Build them with drag-and-drop, add logic and validation, and serve them full-page, embedded, or one question at a time. Every submission lands in your CRM as a lead.
Build a form
- 1Add questionsLeads → Forms → New form. Drag in fields — short text, choices, ratings, file uploads — and reorder them.
- 2Add logicShow, skip, or jump to questions based on earlier answers, so each respondent only sees what's relevant.
- 3Validate inputRequire formats like email and phone and mark fields as required, so you capture clean data.
- 4Theme itMatch your colors, fonts, and cover image, then choose full-page, embed, or one-question mode.
Share & embed
- Use the hosted link to share the form anywhere.
- Paste the embed snippet on your own site.
- Turn on one-question mode for a focused flow that lifts completion rates.
Submissions become leads
Every submission creates a lead with each answer mapped to a field and tagged by source. You're notified instantly, and the form_submitted trigger lets automations route, tag, or follow up right away. See Capturing leads and Triggers.
Analytics
