Campaigns

A campaign is a broadcast to many people on one channel, WhatsApp, email, or SMS. All three share the same five-step flow.

The five steps

  1. 1
    Details
    Name the campaign.
  2. 2
    Audience
Pick individual contacts, everyone with a tag, or CRM leads by tag / source.
  3. 3
    Content
Choose a template (WhatsApp/SMS) or a template/subject and body (email).
  4. 4
    Schedule
Send now, schedule for a date and time, or save as a draft.
  5. 5
    Review
Confirm the audience and see a credit cost preview before sending.

How sending works

Sending runs in the background in batches, so a large list does not block you. The campaign detail page shows a live progress bar and per-recipient status, and lets you retry failed recipients, cancel, or send to one person. Email and SMS credits are charged before each send; refunded automatically if a send fails. WhatsApp and social sends do not deduct SpeedIQ credits; platform and provider terms apply separately. Drafts skip the credit check until you actually send them.

Per-channel notes

ChannelWhat to know
WhatsAppOnly approved templates can send; others save as drafts. Uses a Hello World template for test sends.
EmailTracks delivered / opened / clicked / bounced / complaints, and adds an unsubscribe footer.
SMSSends in batches of 50 and skips opted-out contacts; shows carrier delivery status.
Credits
Email, SMS, AI, and voice use separate credit buckets. WhatsApp and social sends do not deduct SpeedIQ credits; platform and provider terms apply separately. See Plans, credits & top-ups.
