Team & roles

Invite your whole team at no extra cost. Roles decide what each person can see and do, including a masked agent role that hides customer contact details.

Inviting people

Owners and admins go to Team, enter an email and a role, and generate an invite link (it expires in 7 days and can be revoked). The recipient accepts from /invitations or by opening the link, signing in, and choosing Accept.

Roles

RoleCan do
OwnerThe project creator. Full control; the only role that can change others’ roles.
AdminManage the team and settings; invite/remove members (not other admins or the owner).
EditorWork leads, campaigns, and automations.
ViewerRead-only access.
Agent (masked)Reply to conversations in the Chat Hub only, with customer PII hidden.

The masked agent role

An agent can read and reply to conversations, but every contact’s name, phone, email, and avatar are replaced by a reference code like CT-7K3M9. Message content stays visible so they can still help the customer; they search by the reference code. This is enforced server-side and by database rules, so PII never reaches their screen. Ideal for outsourced or large support teams.
