Booking pages
Booking pages let customers pick a time with you without the back-and-forth. Share a link, invitees choose a slot in their own timezone around your real availability, and every booking becomes a lead with reminders and a calendar invite.
Create a booking page
- 1Add a pageBooking → New page. Set the name, meeting length, and location (call, video, or in person).
- 2Set availabilityChoose your weekly hours and buffers, then add date overrides for holidays or one-off days.
- 3Ask what you needAdd custom questions; the answers are captured on the lead when someone books.
- 4Share the linkPublish and share the link anywhere — your site, an email signature, or a DM.
How invitees book
Visitors see your open slots converted to their own timezone and pick one. They confirm with the details you asked for and get an email confirmation with an ICS calendar invite, so the meeting drops straight onto their calendar.
Reminders, reschedule & cancel
- Automatic email reminders go out before the meeting to cut no-shows.
- Invitees can reschedule or cancel from a self-serve link — your calendar and pipeline stay in sync.
- Cancellations and reschedules update the underlying lead automatically.
Bookings in the CRM
Each booking creates or updates a lead with the answers to your custom questions, tagged by source. From there it behaves like any other lead — route it, message it, or add it to an automation.
Timezones are automatic
You never trade emails about “what time is that for you?” — invitees always see and book in their own local time.
