Leads

A lead is the deal you are working. It is attached to a contact, so the person’s entire cross-channel history sits right next to the sale.

Anatomy of a lead

FieldWhat it is
Stage & statusWhere the lead is in its pipeline; status is open, won, or lost.
OwnerThe team member responsible for the lead.
Value & currencyThe deal size.
ScoreA number you set to prioritise the lead.
TagsFree-form labels for filtering and automations.
Custom fieldsYour own fields (fleet size, plan, region…) defined in CRM settings.
SourceWhere the lead came from (form, ad, WhatsApp, prospecting…).

The activity timeline

Open a lead to see one unified timeline: WhatsApp, SMS, and email messages, calls, notes you add, stage changes, and automation activity, in order, across every channel. From the lead you can call the contact with the in-app dialer, jump into the Chat Hub, and add notes.

Tags

Tags are simple labels. Add or remove them on the lead, and use them to filter the board or to drive automations, adding or removing a tag is itself an automation trigger, and “add tag” / “remove tag” are actions.

One open lead per conversation

To keep things tidy, an inbound message attaches to the contact’s most recently active open lead rather than spawning a new one every time. A new lead is created only when the contact has no open lead (and lead auto-creation is on, see Capturing leads).
